Service Description

Roadstead is a plan-first itinerary builder for RV and long-horizon road travel. We provide planning tools, not booking services. We do not guarantee availability of any campground, park, or location. You are responsible for verifying availability and making your own reservations.

Account and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the trip plans and data you create. By using Roadstead, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your itineraries or plans.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Roadstead for illegal purposes, to violate others' rights, to abuse or overload our systems, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Roadstead, its name, logo, and the software and design of the service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service without our permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that Roadstead will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular needs. Location data, amenities, and stay rules are provided for planning purposes; we encourage you to verify details directly with parks and campgrounds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadstead and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other reasons with reasonable notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
